When you sign up for SpokPay, we collect information through your Discord account, including your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address. Authentication is handled through our identity provider (Clerk).
1.2 Store and Transaction Data
If you operate a store on SpokPay, we collect information related to your store configuration, product catalogs, order history, transaction records, and customer interactions within Discord channels.
1.3 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by EfiBank via PIX. We do not store your full bank account details or PIX keys on our servers beyond what is necessary to process withdrawals you initiate. EfiBank may collect additional information as described in their own privacy policy.
1.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and general usage patterns.
1.5 Communication Data
Messages exchanged within Discord channels managed by SpokPay (order channels, support tickets) may be logged for order fulfillment, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes.

- Service providers — Third-party services that help us operate the platform (e.g., Clerk for authentication, EfiBank for payment processing, Convex for data infrastructure)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
